WELCOME to my blog and my photographic journey, where my photography style is dictated by my environment. I am a full time executive member of my household. That's right, I care, feed, instruct, inspire, maintain, a group of amazing individuals and the space they live in. These individuals are my children and husband, that place is my home. Most of the time I photograph where we are together, what we are doing together and most importantly their beautiful expressions. Sometimes I have the wonderful opportunity to photograph another family or event. I post my journey here.

My photographic philosophy:
I celebrate the unique differences in each person, event and place. I relish in capturing life as it happens naturally. I anticipate it! I love creating an emotional image, one that will be cherished. I seek for beauty in the simplest most unexpected places. I enjoy carrying my camera where I go, making an interpretation of that moment and archiving it for good. Creating a beautiful, stunning final print and giving lasting memories of people loved. These things put a smile on my face.

A few favorite photographs from 2014 & 2015

A few fave pics this year:

Thank you Kay Lynn Reilly for this beautiful photograph!

My wonderful sister took this image. This is how I hold and love my babies.
I wish I could always have a baby in my arms
A few other things that happened this year:
Of course we had a baby.
My two older kiddo's were in That's what "Friends Are For"
at Dixie State College with Gwendolyn Dattage
They made their debut at the Bat's!

 We homeschooled!
I photographed Gracia Jones, a direct descendant of Joseph Smith. (You can watch a movie about Joseph Smith HERE or read more about him HERE).
She also married my Father in Law's cousin.
We went to the temple as well...

I went to a Centerpoint Homeschool Conference with a friend.
Which transformed my thinking of homeschooling in a more efficient and wonderful way.
We visited the Manti temple on our way back and she caught this great photograph for me.
 I caught a first smile.
We visited the Farm a few times.

I adore this man.

My daughter joined Siva Pasifika

I taught essential oils classes!
We went hiking...

Easter was wonderful. General Conference was even better.

I took my favorite Selfie Ever
And a great shot of my kids and their hair.
